This automatic sand blasting machine mainly consists of machine body, workpiece conveying device, spray gun and swing mechanism, compressed air system, electrical system, cyclone separator and dust collector.
This machine adopts suction sand blasting, that is, the compressed air flows at high speed in the spray gun to produce the ejection effect. The abrasive in the cyclone separator tank is sucked into the spray gun through the hose, and then the compressed air flow is sprayed from the nozzle to the surface of the workpiece at high speed. To achieve the effect of sandblasting.
The sprayed abrasive is returned to the sand collecting bucket for recycling. The dust generated during the blasting is extracted by the dust extraction fan of the dust removal box and separated by the separator. The good abrasive accumulates at the bottom of the separator and is returned to the sand storage device for recycling. The dust is separated in two stages and sucked into the cyclone separator and the dust collecting trolley.
